Chef Jean-Louis will help you get your hands dirty and stomachs full through several cooking demonstrations/lessons and guided tours of restaurants throughout Burgundy. Our in-tour wine expert Etienne will show us the finest wines from the Cote de Beaune and Cote de Nuits regions during our meals together (and there will be several types to try with each meal). Upon arrival in Beaune, check in and get settled at the 16th century, 4-star, Hotel Cep, BeauneOs most luxurious hotel and our home for the next 3 days. Located in the heart of the medieval city of Beaune, Le Cep, boasts individually decorated rooms, fine period antiques and the best in modern amenities. Beaune is a medley of romance, gastronomy, and mystery painted on a backdrop of Medieval mastery, as well as one of the wealthiest communities in France thanks to its unforgettable wines.
